Dinny Hall founded her celebrated jewellery range in 1985 when barely out of Central St Martin’s School of Art where she gained a degree in jewellery design. Her ascent was fast, beginning with some stunning catwalk designs which quickly caught the attention of the fashion press. It wasn’t long before her jewellery could be seen in Liberty and Harvey Nichols in London, and top stores in New York City, Paris, Hong Kong and Tokyo. In 1989 she received the first ever British Fashion Council award for ’Accessory Designer of the year’. The distinctiveness of Dinny Hall’s talent lies in an effortless classic modernity which has kept her at the top of her field for over 27 years, still influencing many designers in the jewellery industry today. 
From a workshop in Soho, once the studio of Canaletto, to founding her first shop in London’s Westbourne Grove in 1992 when it was mostly junk shops- Dinny has been a trend setter and an inspiration to many. Where Dinny went others followed. 
 
Now an expert in her field, Dinny is an entrepreneur, business woman, designer, strategist, craftswoman, gemmologist, and she also knows a thing or two about retail. Dinny continues to design all the jewellery for the brand, with the help of her long term goldsmith Clare Goddard, and still has a very hands-on approach to every creative aspect of the company.
